2. Fill in the application form
Please fill in all the blanks carefully and make sure that all of the information is accurate.
3. Submit the application form
Please print out two copies after you are done with the application form.
Chinese students should submit the form to their department or school (the Communist Youth League Committee). Chinese teachers and workers should submit the form to their department, school or office (the Communist Youth League Committee). Foreign students or teachers should submit the form to the university’s Foreign Affairs Office.

If you have any questions concerning the application, please enquire make enquiries at the Olympic Volunteer Recruitment Office under the university’s Communist Youth League Committee.
